"I can’t recommend Elisa Risner enough. She was knowledgeable, professional, and excited to make selling my house a breeze from the initial meeting, where she outlined our timeframe and expectations. In preparation for pictures, Elisa recommended simple things I could do to set my house up staging wise, to get the best interest in the house. These simple touches lead to multiple offers within a few days, all over asking price.

The difficult part was after the house was under contract, my house is old and with old came a few problems. This is where Elisa went above and beyond to make sure we were still able to close quickly and efficiently. She was always available to take any stress off me with meetings and scheduling for repairs if they were needed and advocated for me when they weren’t. She exceeded every expectation I had out of the selling process!
